25th Annual BSMO meeting 2023

The 25th Annual BSMO meeting 2023 will take place in Hasselt on Friday 3 and Saturday 4 February 2023
All members, participants, speakers and sponsors will meet up in Hasselt for a 100% live meeting

2 January 2023 – registration deadline for BSMO members to take advantage of a complimentary hotel room
16 January 2023 – extended deadline abstract submission
Week of 23 January 2023 – abstract notification letters will be sent
30 January 2023 – deadline registrations

Abstract submission

Abstract submission is now closed. We thank all authors that have successfully submitted an abstract for our 2023 meeting.
We will read through their research and all presenting authors will receive a notification about the review result in the week of 23 January 2023.

Registration

Registrations are now closed. Onsite registration in Hasselt will not be possible. We hope to see you next year.

Registration and payment deadline:

• 2 January 2023 – for BSMO members to take advantage of a complimentary hotel room
• 30 January 2023 – ultimate deadline

Target audience: Medical oncologists and oncologists in training.  Other professions with focus on cancer care management are very welcome.

 BSMO members are entitled to free participation in the meeting + social programme and complimentary hotel room incl. breakfast and city tax on Friday night
 NON-members are entitled to free participation in the meeting.  However a fee of EUR 75,00 will be charged for the participation in the social programme on Friday evening.  No complimentary hotel reservation.

Arrangements were made with Park Inn by Radisson assuring a special rate for participants of our annual meeting. For hotel reservations, non members can book via this link and booking code BSMO23 by 2 January 2023
After 2 January hotel reservations will be upon availability

For the social programme on Friday evening, we offer you a taste of Hasselt with a guided walk in the city center followed by an extraordinary dinner at Z33, House for contemporary art, design and architecture
